How can I complete my booking?
Follow the booking process on our website up until checkout. You will receive a confirmation email that your booking has been received.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes We do at a fee. We are able to facilitate your airport transfer to and from our premises. Make an inquiry with us upon booking or 24hrs before checking out.
What payment methods are acceptable?
We Accept all major credit cards. Bank transfers, cash, online payment and Mpesa are also accepted.
Can I pay on arrival?
Yes you can. This will be agreed upon in the email correspondence during the booking process.
Is room service 24/7?
No. Room service is not available 24/7
Are there parking space?
Yes. We have ample parking space at the basement.
Do you Allow pets?
No. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the premises.
Can I check in earlier than the check in time?
Yes, but upon availability
